I have used the X5 product for testing and its really cool.
But to have the facts straight it is not "OS Symbia S60^3" but Symbian version 3.2. Version 3.2 is slightly older and there is tons of excellent apps out there already for 3.2 - I was told that any app for E72 could be used.
